1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using heyflower's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Plans

heyflower offers weekly, fortnightly, and monthly flower delivery subscriptions. You can choose from different bouquet sizes and subscription durations during checkout.

2.2 Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription cadence. You will be charged in advance for each billing cycle.

2.3 Subscription Management

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to specific areas in Bali including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua. Delivery availability may vary by location.

3.2 Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made according to your chosen subscription cadence. We will notify you of your delivery day during checkout. Specific delivery times may vary but typically occur between 9 AM and 5 PM.

3.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, inaccessibility, or recipient unavailability after reasonable attempts, you may be charged for the delivery. We recommend providing clear delivery instructions in your account.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will maintain their pricing for the duration of their active subscription term.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either replace your bouquet or issue a credit to your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

5.2 Cancellation by heyflower

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if payment fails, if you violate these terms, or if we can no longer deliver to your location.

6. Product Variation

Flower arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to match the colors and styles shown in our photos, actual bouquets may vary based on available blooms. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value and aesthetic quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

heyflower is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, traffic conditions, religious ceremonies, public holidays, or government restrictions. We are not responsible for the longevity of flowers once delivered.

8. Privacy

Your use of heyflower is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or through their account dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
