How does delivery work in Bali?

We deliver weekly across our coverage area. Pick your preferred delivery day during signup. Most subscriptions go out on Monday so the flowers are fresh through the weekend.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Not a problem. Leave drop-off instructions during checkout, or we'll coordinate with your villa staff or building security. Bouquets are wrapped to survive a few hours waiting at the door.

Do ceremonies and temple days affect delivery?

Yes — on Nyepi we don't deliver at all (Bali shuts down by law). On major ceremony days like Galungan we may shift the route by a day. We notify subscribers in advance whenever this happens.

Yes — pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Travelling for two weeks? Just pause and resume when you're back. No phone calls or emails required.

7-10 days with proper care. We include a care card with every delivery. If a stem doesn't last 5 days, message us — we'll make it right.

Are the flowers locally sourced?

Mostly, yes. We work directly with growers in Bali for seasonal blooms. Some specialty stems (peonies, tulips) are imported when in season elsewhere — we always pick the freshest origin available that week.

Subscriptions are florist-curated for freshness — we pick the best of what's in season each week. For one-off orders or events, we can build to a specific palette or flower list.

Any tips for keeping them fresh in Bali heat?

Keep them out of direct sun, change the water every 2 days, and re-cut stems at an angle every few days. Avoid placing the vase next to fruit (the ethylene shortens vase life).

Subscriptions start from Rp 250,000 per delivery. Final price depends on arrangement size and cadence. No setup or delivery fee within our standard zones.

Indonesian e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA) and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards via Xendit. International cards welcome.
