We currently deliver to Munggu, Tumbak Bayuh, Pererenan, Canggu, Tibubeneng, Dalung, Kerobokan and Seminyak. Just outside our delivery area? Get in touch. If you're nearby, we can often make it work.

How does delivery work in Bali?

We deliver fresh flowers weekly across our delivery area. All individual subscriptions are delivered on Mondays, so your flowers stay fresh throughout the week and into the weekend. For special requests or business enquiries, get in touch — we'll be happy to see what we can do.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem. Leave drop-off instructions during checkout, or we'll coordinate with your villa staff or building security. Bouquets are wrapped to survive a few hours waiting at the door.

Do ceremonies and temple days affect delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on Nyepi we don't deliver at all (Bali shuts down by law). On major ceremony days like Galungan we may shift the route by a day. We notify subscribers in advance whenever this happens.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes — pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Travelling for two weeks? Just pause and resume when you're back. No phone calls or emails required.

What cadences do you offer?

Weekly, fortnightly, or every 4 weeks. Weekly is most popular — it's the cadence flowers actually need to feel like a constant in your home.

Yes. Change cadence or arrangement size from your dashboard. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Yes — sign up with the recipient's delivery address and your own card. We'll include a personalised note with each delivery if you provide one.

How long do the flowers last?

Are the flowers locally sourced?

Mostly, yes. We work directly with growers in Bali for seasonal blooms. Some specialty stems (peonies, tulips) are imported when in season elsewhere — we always pick the freshest origin available that week.

Can I choose specific flowers?

Subscriptions are florist-curated for freshness — we pick the best of what's in season each week. For one-off orders or events, we can build to a specific palette or flower list.

Any tips for keeping them fresh in Bali heat?

Keep them out of direct sun, change the water every 2 days, and re-cut stems at an angle every few days. Avoid placing the vase next to fruit (the ethylene shortens vase life).

Subscriptions start from Rp 250,000 per delivery. Final price depends on arrangement size and cadence. No setup or delivery fee within our standard zones.

What payment methods do you accept?

Indonesian e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA) and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards via Xendit. International cards welcome.

How does subscription billing work?

You're charged automatically before each delivery using your stored payment method. If a payment fails, we retry and notify you — no surprise interruptions.

A little variation is natural with fresh flowers, but your bouquet should arrive looking beautiful. If something isn't right, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll find the best way to make it right.
