Traffic & Timing
Bali's traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak hours and tourist season. We account for this in our delivery windows and will notify you of any delays.
Religious Ceremonies
During Nyepi (Day of Silence) and major temple ceremonies, deliveries may be rescheduled. We'll notify you in advance and work with you to find the best alternative.
Villa & Resort Deliveries
For villa or resort deliveries, please provide gate codes or contact your property manager. We can coordinate with staff for seamless delivery.
Weather Considerations
